Overview
Senior Land Manager sought by a London-based private developer to lead acquisitions for iconic, profitable London schemes. You will manage a small land team and drive unconditional site acquisitions and consented/STP-type deals across outer London locations. Responsibilities
- lead and develop a small land team
- drive unconditional land acquisitions and consented/STP deals
- identify London sites using a broad network
- manage deals sized 70–200 units across outer London locations
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress schemes
- support in evaluating and negotiating land agreements
Key requirements
- track record of identifying and acquiring London sites unconditionally
- experience with consented, STP and other land agreements
- demonstrated ability to lead junior land personnel
- London market experience is essential
- proven network of contacts in land acquisitions
- currently with developer/consultancy/investment firm is acceptable
