In this role, you will be the technical bridge between clients and account teams, shaping Google Cloud solutions to meet business needs. You’ll lead demos, workshops, and rapid MVPs to validate ideas and accelerate decisions. You’ll work with offshore experts to craft feasible, value-driven solutions and help translate technical options into measurable business value. Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to run discovery sessions and workshops clarifying business priorities and technical requirements
• Develop solution concepts and lead demos, workshops, and art of the possible conversations
• Build rapid MVPs and proof-of-value assets to validate ideas and accelerate decision-making
• Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud capabilities and recommended approaches to client stakeholders
• Shape solution approaches aligned to client goals, requirements, and feasibility
• Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work with feasible, compelling solutions
• Coordinate with offshore teams and subject matter experts to validate feasibility and hand off to delivery

Key requirements

• Hands-on, client-facing technology experience (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technology Consultant)
• Deep, hands-on experience architecting/building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Modernization, Data & AI, Call Center AI, Workspace, Marketing Technology, Security and/or Agentic AI on Google Cloud
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
• Experience leading client-facing technical workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and solution discussions in sales
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams, including offshore SMEs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (12 years)
