Responsibilities

• Assist with services and sales portfolio administration with a focus on attracting new customers
• Identify opportunities to benefit customers with bank products and services
• Serve as a point of contact for other teams within the bank
• Develop and manage shadow portfolios and customer referrals with management
• Demonstrate effective use of contact and strategy planning tools
• Maintain an entrepreneurial attitude with existing and prospective customers

Key requirements

• Experience and knowledge of corporate banking, including related systems, processes and products
• Ability to work with limited supervision on routine banking tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to meet customer deadlines and manage expectations
• Understanding of credit and lending principles
• Ability to prepare high quality pitch documents and use thought leadership to provide insights to customers
