The Solution Auto is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for a franchised motor dealership in Lincoln. The role offers a rolling, performance-based basic salary with uncapped OTE and monthly earnings that reflect your sales results.

The basic salary starts at £24,000 with realistic earnings around £60,000 OTE. Working hours are Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00, Sat 08:30-17:00, Sun 11:00-16:00 on a 5-day week with alternate weekends off.
