Head of Finance Operations: AI-Driven NetSuite Leader

Grafton Banks Finance Ltd is seeking a Head of Finance Operations for a permanent role in Brighton. The post reports to the Finance Director and will lead a four-person transactional finance team, driving continuous process improvements, AI implementation, and NetSuite controls.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and experienced in year-end statutory accounting, with the role based four days on-site and one day WFH in Brighton.
