Night Team Manager: Lead Overnight Stock & Team Growth

Primark Oxford Street West is seeking a Night Team Manager to ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for the following day’s operations, by supervising deliveries and coordinating with the daytime management team. You will lead a team of Night Retail Assistants, allocate tasks, drive performance, and develop staff through coaching, with a focus on customer service and smooth stock replenishment.

The role is a full-time permanent position (£32,222) with 5 nights on, 3 off, plus 31 days
