Resident Services Director – Front of House

Rhodium seeks a Deputy General Manager to lead Front of House teams, supervise resident services and manage daily operations at The Stage in London. You will train staff, ensure exceptional service, and supervise concierge operations, valet services and ground floor amenities.

Responsibilities include budget updates, health & safety compliance, building relations with residents and local businesses, and ensuring high standards of reception and security across the development.
