Overview
In this role you will drive procurement and supply chain strategies for diverse clients, guiding execution and shaping outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional client teams, applying analytics to solve procurement challenges across industries. Responsibilities
- Drive and support the execution of procurement and supply chain strategies for clients
- Direct implementation efforts in collaboration with client teams
- Engage with multiple clients and projects across industries to apply problem-solving and analytical skills
- Leverage analytical capabilities to meet client procurement needs
- Lead or participate in project work, potentially managing small project teams
- Coach junior staff and client teams where applicable
- Develop compelling client storylines and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
Key requirements
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce, Law or Science
- Masters qualifications advantageous
- 2–3 years procurement consulting experience in corporate or professional services
- Experience with blue-chip organisations
- Experience managing own projects and small project teams
- Strong analytical skills and tech-savvy
- Functional knowledge of sourcing, procurement transformation, SRM and supply chain
- Excellent teamwork with leadership capability
- People management experience including coaching
- Facilitation skills and ability to develop client-facing storylines
