Senior Clinical Coding & Data Quality Lead

Randstad Technologies Recruitment has a great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Coding Lead within an NHS setting. You will oversee daily coding operations, drive data quality improvements, and mentor a team of clinical coders to ensure accurate ICD-10 and OPCS-4 coding for HRGs and financial flows.

You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, educate teams on coding guidelines, and support audit programs while maintaining DSP toolkit standards and PbR timelines.
