Overview

In this senior, individual-contributor role you design and evolve modern learning experiences across a global organisation. You will shape learning methodologies, governance and technology to improve colleague capability and business performance. You’ll work with international stakeholders to pilot new tools, drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact through analytics. Responsibilities

• Help shape the future learning vision and operating model for D&G
• Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions across digital, blended and performance formats
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and identify solutions
• Define and evolve learning design methodologies, standards and frameworks
• Establish governance to ensure consistency, quality and scalability
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools
• Serve as subject matter expert for the learning technology ecosystem
• Apply human-centered design to improve learner experiences
• Develop learning solutions using media such as eLearning, simulations, video, audio and performance support
• Ensure learning meets regulatory, internal standards and branding
• Use learning analytics to prove effectiveness and business impact
• Participate in QA and continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor instructional designers and learning professionals
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across UK, Europe and US
• Manage multiple complex projects through the full learning lifecycle

Key requirements

• Advanced instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders
• Learning architecture and ecosystem design
• Learning technology expertise including LMS, AI-enabled tools, authoring tools and digital platforms
• Governance frameworks, quality standards and scalable methodologies
• Human-centered design and learner journey mapping
• Learning analytics, evaluation and business impact measurement
• Experience with innovation and emerging learning technologies
• Business acumen, stakeholder influence and organizational change
• Ability to produce high-quality media assets using graphics, video and audio tools
