Endur Trading Business Analyst

Overview

In this role, you drive end-to-end project delivery within the trading domain, shaping processes and solutions by translating business problems into value-driven requirements. You lead and mentor the business analysis team, manage stakeholders across levels, and contribute to quality across workstream deliverables within an Agile environment. You help navigate change and ensure delivery aligns with organizational goals, leveraging your analytics to enable successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
• Shape processes and solutions by capturing business problems, value drivers, and requirements (functional/non-functional)
• Coaching and mentoring of the business analysis team
• Stakeholder management across organization levels with constructive challenge
• Quality assurance on workstream deliverables
• Contribute to Agile project delivery and change management initiatives
