Overview

As a Sales Engineer for IREF, you drive revenue by selling large-scale HVAC projects to FM clients, contractors, and end users. You lead multi-team bids, shape turnkey chillers/heat pumps solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships. You’ll influence decisions with design teams, use proven selling methods, and ensure compliant, high-quality proposals. Responsibilities

  • Sell large-scale project works to FM contractors and end users while building long-term relationships
  • Manage complex bids and coordinate cross-functional teams for quality submissions
  • Develop and propose chiller/heat pump, retrofit, and design-and-build HVAC solutions
  • Lead negotiations on value, ensure proposals meet Johnson Controls standards
  • Identify new customers and drive growth through new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with design teams to analyse solutions and present client benefits
  • Create competitive, timely estimates, bids, and cost/benefit analyses
  • Build and maintain a network of industry experts and contacts

Key requirements

  • Experience in IREF industry with chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC applications
  • Understanding of selling service maintenance contracts
  • Proven track record with End Users, FMs, and contractors
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence at senior levels and act as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to assist with solutioning projects with design teams and SPIN selling
