RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with an all-through academy in Shropshire to assist in their search for a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a fixed term basis, ending the 21st of July 2028.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to provide high-quality learning opportunities that enable pupils to achieve their full potential. Using your advanced knowledge, skills and experience, you will plan, deliver, monitor and assess learning, helping to raise standards and remove barriers to success.
This is a new provision for the school and requires a primary specialist.
You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of needs, fostering independence, confidence and resilience both in and beyond the classroom. Through a nurturing, relationship-based approach, you will support the social, emotional and mental health needs of individuals and small groups, ensuring every child feels valued, supported and ready to learn.
