Fit Out Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead fit-out and refurbishment projects for a well-known West London main contractor, focusing on delivering CAT B fit-out works for a major insurer. You will manage site operations, safety, and subcontractors, guiding projects from tender through to completion. The position offers exposure to high-profile schemes and a strong project pipeline in a reputable construction environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee site staff and subcontractors on site
• Ensure health and safety compliance to client standard
• Take responsibility for the whole site from start to finish
• Verify and implement correct method statements
• Manage project delivery from tender through completion

Key requirements

• 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Degree qualified or similar construction management qualification
• Main contracting experience
• Proven track record managing projects from tender to completion
• Tender experience
• Experience on mixed-use schemes
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Certificate
