IT Project Manager (WFM)

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of Workforce Management and technology transformation projects across Continental Europe. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and governance, coordinating internal teams and vendors. You’ll ensure go-live, deployment and hypercare, and drive continuous improvement. This position sits within a global organisation and offers hybrid work in London with infrequent travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Workforce Management and digital transformation projects
• Manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reporting and governance
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors and key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure successful go-live planning, deployment and hypercare support
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) projects
• Strong project management background within technology, digital, or operational transformation environments
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project or similar
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous
• German language skills are beneficial but not essential
