Overview
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that support Brookfield’s operations and strategic priorities. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to drive on-time, within-scope outcomes. You’ll establish governance, monitor risks, and report progress to leaders, ensuring delivery aligns with security and compliance requirements. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise systems
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables with business and tech partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources
- Execute and track progress, addressing deviations proactively
- Establish governance structures and regular status reporting
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting under governance controls
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure quality standards and business outcomes through deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide clear project status and risk reporting
- Support vendor engagement from scope to delivery oversight
- Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance during execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards and processes
- Deliver technology capabilities that support business initiatives and regulatory requirements
- Foster collaboration between technology teams and business stakeholders
Key requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure, applications, or enterprise initiatives
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology
- Experience with budgets, vendors, and governance structures
- Experience with structured delivery frameworks or PMO environments
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of enterprise technology environments including applications, infrastructure, and security
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software
