Project Manager – Platform Delivery

Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery for new clients, driving projects from kickoff to go-live within a fast-paced, startup-style team in a global data‑driven organisation. You’ll work in a cross-functional pod with Engineering, Data and Solution Architecture to translate client needs into actionable plans and keep stakeholders aligned. You will proactively manage risks and unblock issues, ensuring projects keep moving toward successful delivery. You will also leverage AI tools daily to plan, document, and report on progress, shaping scalable client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and implementation from kickoff through go-live
• Act as the primary client contact and manage expectations
• Coordinate Engineering, Data and Solution Architecture to deliver projects
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and priorities
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical plans
• Proactively unblock issues and maintain progress
• Lead status meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools daily for planning, documentation, reporting and analysis

Key requirements

• 5+ years of software project management experience
• Experience in SaaS, technology or client-facing implementations
• Highly organized, proactive and an excellent communicator
• Ability to manage external stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience using AI in day-to-day work
