HR Lead for EMEA

Overview

In this role you will lead HR support across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA regions, ensuring policy compliance and discreet handling of sensitive information. You will streamline processes in talent acquisition and employee engagement while partnering with cross-functional teams to uphold company values. You will balance empathy with sound judgment, advise on employment regulations, and maintain confidentiality. This hands-on generalist position focuses on improving efficiency, policy governance, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and processes, including documentation, implementation, and compliance tracking
• Provide day-to-day HR support to the team, managing administrative workflows and employee inquiries
• Support employer branding, employee experience programs, and policy implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
• Manage internal stakeholder communications, including confirmations and status updates
• Identify and drive process improvements in talent acquisition and employee engagement
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Key requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in France, Germany, Belgium, and the UK
• Fluency in French (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong integrity, ownership, and urgency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail with solid organizational and follow-through skills
