UK HR Lead — Hands-On Partner to Senior Leaders

Parkside is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the UK HR function on a fixed-term contract based in Hayes, West London. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders to influence and shape HR decisions across the business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience, CIPD Level 5, strong UK employment law knowledge and a broad HR background including recruitment and employee engagement. Immediate availability is a plus.
