Hybrid UK HR Lead — Integration & People Ops

3E is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support UK operations and lead HR activities during a period of integration and growth. You will partner with leaders to navigate change, ensure compliant HR practices, and strengthen people processes across the Lancaster region.

You’ll advise on employee relations, oversee onboarding to offboarding, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to drive payroll, policy updates, and regional initiatives.
