Autonomous ANP for Home Visiting & Community Care

One Health Lewisham Ltd is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the Home Visiting Service, covering Lewisham and care homes in Lewisham/Lambeth. You will assess, diagnose, and manage complex cases autonomously while leading clinical teams and contributing to service improvements.
