Overview

In this role you will manage Ipsen’s endpoint management platforms to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable desktop solutions. You will work closely with IT partners to align technology with business objectives, solving complex issues and driving improvements. You’ll handle enterprise deployment, security, and support for a hybrid workforce, shaping how Ipsen desktops and devices are managed at scale. This is an opportunity to influence endpoint strategy and elevate IT service delivery within a global biopharmaceutical context.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer MECM configuration and deployments
  • Manage OS images for large corporate environments (OSD & Autopilot)
  • Oversee Software Distribution, Packaging, Patching and Imaging processes
  • Apply and maintain knowledge of Intune, Azure VDI and Defender EDR
  • Oversee Mobile Device Management and security standards
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for business alignment and standards
  • Coordinate with Ipsen IT services partners for day-to-day operations
  • Provide third-level support for core business applications and vendor coordination
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and automate responses to recurring problems
  • Respond to escalations from the service desk and provide status reporting

Key requirements

  • Endpoint management solutions: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Apple Business Manager
  • Endpoint Encryption: Microsoft BitLocker or equivalent
  • Enterprise Endpoint Security: Microsoft Defender EDR, McAfee
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Entra AD
  • IT Asset Management: ServiceNow, Flexera
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Project & Visio
  • Enterprise knowledge of Windows 11
  • Desktop virtualization and thin clients: Azure VDI
  • Scripting: WQL, SQL, PowerShell
  • Customer-focused attitude
