Overview
In this role you will advance marine and coastal infrastructure projects by leading survey planning, data interpretation, and engineering studies. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to translate survey data into actionable design inputs for jetty, coastal, and port facilities, supporting lifecycle decisions and risk-aware solutions. The position combines field- and office-based work, emphasizing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will engage with external specialists and internal stakeholders to shape robust, cost-effective outcomes for world-scale marine assets.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and interpret marine, coastal, and land-based survey programs
- Manage metocean, bathymetric, topographic, geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental surveys
- Evaluate datasets and reports to support engineering decisions
- Create scopes of work and specifications aligned with objectives and standards
- Coordinate procurement and management of external consultants and contractors
- Monitor activities for safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Translate survey findings into design parameters and recommendations
- Stay updated on surveying technologies and methodologies
- Contribute to planning, execution, and review of engineering studies and simulations
- Assess design options, provide technical recommendations, and support feasibility and optimization
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prepare technical documentation for stakeholders
- Identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities, supporting mitigation actions
- Ensure studies comply with industry standards and procedures
Key requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering of jetty/coastal structures
- In-depth knowledge of current design codes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
