Overview

In this B2B marketing role within Buzzacott’s Marketing and Growth team, you’ll own and shape campaigns for specific teams and sectors to support business objectives and raise market profile. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging marketing activity across channels. The role offers broader ownership, strategic input, and the chance to influence growth within a collaborative, expert environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or support multi-team marketing projects and campaigns
  • Understand audiences, services, and commercial priorities to shape effective activity
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to select digital, content, events, email, social, and other channels
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns aligned to goals
  • Translate technical topics into clear content for websites, emails, social channels, and collateral
  • Develop messaging and content themes with senior leaders to reflect client needs and opportunities
  • Coordinate with PR, events, internal comms, and BD to deliver integrated marketing
  • Manage multiple projects with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to review performance and draw insights
  • Conduct market, client, and competitor research to inform activity
  • Mentor and support junior team members to maintain high standards

Key requirements

  • Degree (minimum 2:2) or equivalent marketing qualification
  • Experience as a B2B marketing professional in a professional services environment
  • Experience in marketing planning, campaign development, implementation, and performance measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex information
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading across channels
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Partners, Directors)
  • Project management and organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience across website content, email marketing, social media, events, and thought leadership
  • Ability to use data and reporting to assess performance and improve activity
  • Experience with budgets and tracking marketing spend
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with CMS, email systems, social platforms, and Google Analytics
  • Desirable: Adobe Suite (Express, InDesign, Illustrator); LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads; experience in financial services or regulated audiences
