Overview

In this role, you drive high-impact field marketing programs to grow pipeline, engage customers, and raise brand awareness within Private Equity and portfolio firms. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable executive events and multi-channel campaigns at scale. The position sits in London with US East Coast hours, offering exposure to AI-driven initiatives and a chance to shape value-creation programs for PE clients. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global Private Equity engagements and annual events (Value Creation Days, portfolio dinners, World Tours, industry co-marketing, Dreamforce program)
  • Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including strategy, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up with KPI tracking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with stakeholders
  • Drive registration, attendance, and engagement goals for each event
  • Own and manage Private Equity website presence, content updates, webinars end-to-end, and social media activity
  • Monitor digital performance and provide insights to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to amplify campaigns across digital channels
  • Identify portfolio companies for customer stories and secure speakers/brand consistency across touchpoints
  • Track marketing-influenced pipeline, ACV, and ROI; manage budgets and forecasts
  • Leverage internal data to identify target accounts and personas for events

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across multiple countries
  • Proven track record of executing high-touch executive campaigns and multi-channel field programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding of sales processes and pipeline metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance
  • Budget and invoice management experience
  • Willingness to work US East Coast hours for the majority of the week
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% for event execution and team collaboration
