Overview

Growth Marketing Manager to lead scalable growth for Harry’s Intl (UK & DE). You will own performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta, Google, Display, and Affiliates to drive profitable new customer acquisition and improve LTV. Partner with Product and Analytics to translate data into actionable growth plans, optimize landing pages, and build a robust analytics and reporting pipeline. You’ll shape omni-channel activation, experiment roadmap, and AI-enabled automation to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable new customer acquisition and define long-term growth strategy across channels
  • Partner with Product to deliver growth initiatives aligned with commercial goals
  • Translate channel, cohort, and NPS data into actionable insights and strategy
  • Own landing page roadmap and experimentation plan
  • Develop growth analytics infrastructure with weekly and monthly KPI reporting
  • Surface insights to inform creative strategy and messaging
  • Identify growth opportunities across the funnel (LPs, Welcome Emails, UX, new channels)
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve tracking/pipeline issues
  • Forecast spend and enable rapid performance pivots
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve team efficiency

Key requirements

  • 2-3+ years in performance marketing or related fields
  • Experience in DTC, strategy/operations, or similar background
  • Intensely data-driven with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to test, learn, and take calculated risks
  • Experience with omni-channel attribution and global organizations (preferred)
