London Assistant General Counsel – In‑House Legal

KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency UK Limited) seeks an Assistant General Counsel to join its London Legal Department. The role covers review, negotiation and drafting of client engagement letters, subscription and vendor agreements, and management of KBRA contracts across UK/US/EU operations.
