Overview
In this role you will lead a prestigious luxury residential project in North London, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and client expectations. You will work within a reputable high-end contractor, coordinating across teams and maintaining rigorous health and safety standards. The project spans basement car park, ground-floor commercial space, and 41 luxury apartments, with a two-year programme. You will rely on strong client-facing communication and sound man-management to steer the site through to successful completion. Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a high-end residential project in North London from inception to handover
- Maintain strict Health & Safety standards and ensure proper paperwork
- Direct and develop on-site teams with strong man-management
- Manage client-facing communications and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate across subcontractors and consultants to meet project milestones
- Oversee details of the two-year programme including basement, commercial space, and 41 luxury apartments
- Monitor quality of finishes to align with client expectations
Key requirements
- Track record with reputable residential developer or main contractor
- Experience on high-end residential projects
