Company and Trust Manager/Assistant Manager – Trust and Corporate Services Provider – London

Overview

In this role you will manage day-to-day administration for a portfolio of Company and Trust structures, ensuring accurate records and governance. You will interact directly with clients and intermediaries, maintaining financial records and producing governance documents. You’ll build strong relationships with key clients and meet deadlines across jurisdictions. This opportunity offers exposure to complex fiduciary structures within a professional services setting and the chance to influence governance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional contacts to support client objectives and maintain high standards of fiduciary stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients
• Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
• Maintenance of client financial records
• Production of Minutes and governance documents
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
• Carrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlines
• Carrying out statutory and governance work for companies across various jurisdictions, within filing deadlines

Key requirements

• Working knowledge of Company and Trust law and statutory and regulatory obligations
• Book-keeping for Companies and Trusts
• Hold a relevant qualification (ICSA/Governance Institute, STEP)
• Demonstrable industry experience in a similar role
• UK Tax awareness (desirable)
