Treasury Director: IPO-Ready Fintech, Hybrid (London)

Goodman Masson is partnering with a PE-backed fintech to recruit a Head of Treasury in London, a hybrid role offering a salary of £110,000–£135,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will build and lead a treasury function from the ground up as the business prepares for an IPO transition.

You will own treasury strategy, cash and liquidity management, forecasting, banking relationships, hedging, debt facilities and governance, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth.
