NPD Product Development Manager — Food (Hybrid, Travel)

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to drive NPD across the Tesco account with regular travel to Tesco Head Office and Nottingham. You will lead development against customer briefs and ensure KPIs are met on schedule.

You will collaborate with Insight and Category teams to deliver a 3-year pipeline, stay ahead of market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. A driving licence is essential and hybrid working is offered.
