Project Manager – Planned & Major Works (Social Housing)

Gilmartins is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Planned Works, Voids & Major Works Division. The role involves taking ownership from mobilisation to completion, leading site teams and subcontractors, and delivering projects on time and to budget.

You will monitor progress, manage resources, cost control and health & safety, while building strong client relationships and driving quality across multiple concurrent works streams.
