Overview

In this senior role, you will own and advance technical specification standards for a global leader. You will drive the CAWS Uniclass 2015 transition, modernise NBS Chorus, and develop master specifications while ensuring compliance with UK regulations. You’ll work to integrate BIM and the Golden Thread workflow, shaping documentation for architectural and interior projects. You’ll operate at project-director level, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality specifications at scale. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity in an influential technical leadership capacity.
