Overview

As a Host at Leydi, you set the welcoming tone for our dining guests, guiding the flow of service and reservations. You’ll greet guests, handle reservations and payments, and support the floor to ensure smooth operations. You anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, memorable service. This role sits at the heart of our vibrant, casual hospitality culture, helping guests feel at home in a modern Istanbul-inspired restaurant in central London. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team within Hyde London City to create a standout guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set a welcoming tone for the dining experience
• Manage reservations and phone inquiries, including cash and card payments
• Assist on the restaurant floor to support smooth service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions to exceed expectations

Key requirements

• Previous experience in a busy Front of House role
• Genuine care for making guests feel welcome and looked after
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond flexibly
• Team-oriented attitude with a practical, hands-on approach
