Intelligence Analyst, Blockchain & Crypto

Overview

In this role you will support investigations to protect Sportradar’s IP and recover revenue through blockchain analysis and digital asset investigations. You will monitor prediction market ecosystems and support investigations across sports betting platforms and blockchain-based services. You’ll produce actionable intelligence for cross-functional teams and help shape threat assessments in a fast-evolving landscape. Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence investigations for rights protection, enforcement and revenue recovery.
• Perform blockchain analysis and cryptocurrency tracing to map transactions, wallet relationships and networks of interest.
• Collect and evaluate intelligence from OSINT, CYBINT/DNINT and blockchain sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor prediction market ecosystems to identify participants, market makers and liquidity providers.
• Investigate wallet attribution and transaction tracing within sports-focused prediction markets.
• Develop and maintain intelligence holdings on crypto-enabled services, exchanges, wallets and payment methods.
• Produce intelligence products including analytical assessments, reports, link analyses and stakeholder briefings.
• Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and related risks relevant to IP protection and revenue recovery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry bodies to strengthen investigative capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement investigative technologies and blockchain analytics platforms.

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in intelligence, investigations, cyber security, financial crime, fraud, due diligence or digital asset investigations
• Experience conducting analytical investigations and producing intelligence-led outputs
• Understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems including Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, exchanges, wallets, bridges and DeFi
• Experience using blockchain analytics platforms such as Chainalysis Reactor, TRM Forensics, Elliptic Investigator or similar
• Familiarity with prediction markets, market makers and liquidity providers
• Experience working with APIs and structured data sources to collect and analyse blockchain/prediction market data
• Proficiency in OSINT, CYBINT/DNINT or intelligence tradecraft methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Awareness of data protection legislation and confidentiality norms
• Integrity, discretion and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
