TD Securities seeks a regional Manager to lead retirement, benefits and wellbeing programs across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will report to the Director, Retirement, Benefits and Wellbeing, Europe and Asia Pacific, and drive program delivery, governance and cost management.
The role requires proactive ownership, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insights while advancing colleague wellbeing across 10 countries.
