Overview

In this role you will lead growth in LRQA’s cyber security services by winning new logos through complex, consultative sales with mid-sized and large organisations. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract award, while shaping proposals to meet client and margin targets. You will build senior-level relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive, value-driven bids. This is a market-entry role focused on opportunity creation and transforming projects into long-term client partnerships. You’ll work in a global assurance and risk management context, contributing to sustainable growth and a safer digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new logo clients for cyber security services
  • Develop and execute proactive business development strategies to penetrate the market
  • Own full sales lifecycle from lead generation through qualification, bid submission, negotiation and contract award
  • Build senior-level relationships with key stakeholders within target organisations
  • Lead and contribute to strategic bids and tenders, shaping technical scope, commercial strategy and value propositions
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are competitive, deliverable and margin-aligned
  • Maintain a robust new business pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately and contribute to sales reporting
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client workshops

Key requirements

  • Proven success in winning new logo business and securing cyber security business
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of cyber security services
  • Experience selling into complex organisations
  • Confidence presenting technical and commercial solutions to senior & executive stakeholders
