Remote Housing Customer Advisor

Your Housing Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support tenants from home in the North West. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, delivering first-line support with a focus on resolving issues at first point of contact.

Training will start at Birchwood HQ for 4–5 weeks, then you’ll work 35 hours weekly on a rota, with occasional travel to attend meetings. Excellent communication and resilience are essential.
