Overview

In this role you join Brookfield’s Infrastructure AI Fund (BAIIF) in London to help deploy capital across AI infrastructure. You will work closely with senior leaders to advance deal execution, due diligence, and asset management while collaborating across Brookfield’s platforms. The role combines financial analysis, market research, and cross-functional coordination to scale AI infrastructure assets like data centers and power and connectivity. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of infrastructure and AI, offering exposure to a fast-growing, transformational portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial models and return analyses for potential AI infrastructure investments (data centers, compute hardware, power, connectivity).
• Lead or support due diligence across financial, operational, legal, and tax workstreams aligned with investment thesis.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials, bid letters, and transaction documentation with increasing ownership.
• Contribute to deal origination and strategy, including value creation ideas and market entry points.
• Support cross-functional due diligence and post-investment asset management with Brookfield operating teams.
• Coordinate with internal legal, tax, and structuring teams to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, dynamic, team-oriented culture and contribute to special projects advancing fund strategy and excellence.
• Conduct market research to inform investment strategies and identify AI infrastructure trends.
