Overview

In this Associate role, you will support the Regional Management Team in London to drive and oversee regional fundraising and business plans for Brookfield’s Global Client Group. You will partner with the global fundraise management team to tailor and execute the European fundraising strategy, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll review marketing materials and monitor KPIs, ensuring timely, compliant execution. The role combines investor-facing activity with internal collaboration to manage risk and deliver regional targets. This is a high-impact position within a dynamic, globally focused platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global fundraise management team to drive the fundraising lifecycle and customize the European strategy; coordinate stakeholder groups
  • Develop and implement investor-interest strategies to meet fundraise targets, collaborating with Client Relationship Managers
  • Monitor and adapt fundraising strategy as needed; facilitate key decisions across stakeholders
  • Review fund-specific marketing materials (offering memoranda, investor presentations) for market messaging in Europe
  • Collaborate across the global client group and business units; identify issues and manage risk; report KPIs
  • Design and execute the regional business plan and interface with investors and external advisors
  • Support stakeholder management with Diligence Management, Marketing & Content, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations, Investment Teams and Product Specialists
  • Identify issues and proactively manage risk

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years of fundraising experience for private fund strategies in Europe
  • Understanding of LP landscape and investor types across regions
  • Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate fund approaches internally
  • Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience
  • Experience in high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes preferred
  • Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience preferred
  • Relationship management across multiple countries
