Strategic Chief of Staff – Governance & Exec Performance

The Chief of Staff at Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal acts as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive, coordinating cross‑organisational priorities and delivering strategic projects. You will work with the Chair to support the DA Board and governance forums.

You will prepare briefings, reports and speeches, lead performance measurement, and manage a team of Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operation and proactive stakeholder engagement in a politically sensitive environment.
