About the Role
To ensure that children are safe, healthy and have opportunities for learning and development, within an inclusive nursery setting, in accordance with EYFS.

Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
- Has solid knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and early identification of SEND.
- Has at least one year experience of working with babies.
- Communicates effectively with children, families and colleagues.
- Is enthusiastic, fun, reflective and committed to fostering high-quality early years provision.
- Is passionate about childcare and promoting children’s development age 0-5.
- Has a sound knowledge of how to safeguard children and can follow the procedures set out in our child protection policies and code of conduct.
