Senior Operational Risk Manager – Global Markets Lead

Nomura in London seeks an experienced Operational Risk Manager (GM) to lead the risk framework for Global Markets operations. You will oversee risk governance, partner with Front Office COO and 2LOD teams, and deliver risk insights to senior management across Operations, Technology and Compliance.

In this role you will develop risk reporting, frameworks and tools, drive an embedded risk culture, and provide independent guidance on risk issues while aligning with Nomura’s global risk framework.
