Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Early Pay

The Avenues Trust Group in Birchington, Kent is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will assist three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours across a full-time, pro-rata framework, with shifts including early mornings, evenings and sleep-ins.

We value proactive, compassionate individuals who can engage in daily living activities, help with personal care, and support community participation.
