Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of below ground drainage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial developments
• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high technical standards
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers and cultivate a strong team culture
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to meet requirements and exceed expectations
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and guidelines including SUDS and drainage design standards
• Proficiently use MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D to produce designs, calculations and reports
• Contribute to technical proposals and project documentation
• Stay updated with industry developments to deliver cutting-edge solutions
