Airport Facilities Manager – Multi-Site Hard FM Lead

SER Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee hard FM across airport lounges at five UK airports. The role focuses on maintenance programmes, engineering teams and compliance.

Based predominantly at Gatwick, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days field or home), you will manage budgets, contractors and energy-efficiency initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
