Property Facilities Manager – Hybrid Work & Own Portfolio

IWFM in Reigate is seeking a Property Facilities Manager to join our team. You’ll take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of predominantly commercial properties in Surrey, Kent and surrounding areas, with support from a Facilities Administrator handling health and safety diary management.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires problem-solving and coordinating contractors, tenants and clients.
