Overview
In this role you will own and deliver commercial installation projects across the UK, combining office planning with on-site leadership. You’ll work with subcontractors, main contractors, clients and suppliers to guide projects from order through to handover, solving issues and keeping delivery on track. You’ll operate at the intersection of operations and delivery, shaping outcomes through hands-on management and clear stakeholder communication. This is a genuine ownership role with exposure to varied, UK-wide installations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from order to completion
- Coordinate drawings, specifications, materials, deliveries and installation programmes
- Organise and manage subcontract installation teams
- Attend sites regularly to monitor progress, quality and programme
- Build relationships with main contractors, site managers, clients and suppliers
- Monitor costs and maintain commercial awareness
- Manage project variations and communicate changes effectively
- Oversee snagging and final handover
- Identify issues early and resolve them
- Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to customers and stakeholders
- Ensure safe, efficient delivery to required standards
Key requirements
- PM experience in construction, fit-out, interiors, commercial installations, blinds, curtains, soft furnishings or related sector
- Experience managing subcontractors, installers or site-based teams
- Strong organisational skills with multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communication with main contractors, site managers and clients
- Practical, solutions-focused approach
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Comfort working both in office and on construction sites
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to UK project sites
- Experience in commercial blinds, curtains, motorisation or window furnishings is desirable but not essential
