Overview

In this role you transform messy data into actionable business insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll build high-performance dashboards, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure data quality and governance. You will bridge data infrastructure with the business, applying automation and AI tooling where suitable. You’ll work in a growth-minded BI team to enable data-driven decision making across markets, products, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau) for wide audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, acting as a trusted data advisor
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives to inform executive decisions
  • Write, optimize and troubleshoot advanced SQL Server and Snowflake queries
  • Champion data governance, literacy, quality, and security across the organization
  • Automate data pipelines and scripting, integrate APIs, and apply AI tooling where appropriate
  • Maintain clean code with Git/source control practices

Key requirements

  • BI visualization tools experience (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) in a commercial analytics role
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong data literacy with governance, data modeling and master data management knowledge
  • Proficiency in SQL for robust, performant queries and relational data management
  • Practical coding experience in Python, .NET or similar for data manipulation and automation
  • Understanding of source control (Git) and modern deployment workflows
  • Proactive, curious self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can structure messy data environments
