Overview

In this role you will drive omnichannel client development to grow and retain the local client base, focusing on high-impact appointments and long-term value. You will cultivate client relationships across in-store and digital touchpoints, aligning with brand priorities and events. You’ll lead a clienteling culture, coach teams, and optimize CRM-driven outreach to maximize engagement and results. This position offers scope to shape client experiences and events in a premier retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reinforce in-store clienteling and ensure usage of LV tools (ICON, MyCC, LV Publishing, LV Catalogue) with guidance and training
  • Support implementation of new clienteling tools and roll-out across the retail network
  • Gather and relay store feedback on tools and needs to EMEA Zone with local adaptations
  • Champion a clienteling mindset; coach teams to build and retain long-term relationships
  • Act as primary liaison between Client Service Centre and store to resolve client queries and follow-up
  • Organize and execute client and press events, private appointments, and in-store experiences
  • Define store clienteling priorities with Store Manager and Client Manager within budget
  • Collaborate with sales to target clients for store events and activations
  • Support execution and follow-up of clienteling initiatives to achieve measurable results
  • Contribute to targeted client communications (mailings, emailings, personalized outreach)
  • Drive top clients by creating personalized in-store experiences and recruit long-term relationships
  • Coordinate client gifting aligned with brand guidelines and development priorities
  • Identify and nominate clients for exclusive brand experiences and activations
  • Use CRM to generate insights, ensure data quality, and guide strategy
  • Promote DREAM usage and coach the team on client data practices
  • Review client portfolio and optimize recruitment, retention, and reactivation
  • Monitor ROI of clienteling actions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support segmentation, profiling, targeting for personalized outreach
  • Manage client allocation and transitions within the team, ensuring continuity
